The Invitation
Twelve days. One courtyard. Every family of Deccan Gold under the same roof.
Ganeshotsav at Deccan Gold Society has always been less about scale and more about presence. The smell of modak from someone’s kitchen, children rehearsing a dance three doors down, uncles arguing over the sound system, and the whole society falling silent at 8:00 for aarti.
This year Bappa arrives on 14 September and stays with us until the 25th. Twelve evenings of aarti, bhajan, competitions, cultural nights and mahaprasad. Planned by residents, for residents.
